Thoughts on 'It Works Global' Body Wraps.....and the new Gluten Free Lady website Blog coming soon!

Well ladies and gentlemen it's been over two weeks now and here's my conclusion about 'It Works Global' Body Wraps or Fat Wraps as some call them:

Have to honestly say I was very skeptical about this whole Wrapping concept and never thought about actually trying the product until someone I've known for over ten years called on the phone to tell me about them and invited me to take a look at the company. So decided to see how they worked for me personally.

So far I've lost several inches since starting the It Works wraps on 10/10 after wrapping three times (wrap every 72 hours) and I sent one to my web designer so she could try them as well since she mentioned to me that she really wanted to tighten up and tone after losing over 60 lbs on a healthy weight loss system.  I wanted to get another unbiased opinion from someone who's not in the business.    So far she's lost a couple of inches too since wrapping one time and is anxious to do them again and she's trying the other products.

My conclusion is that these simple to use Spa Wraps are an affordable product for anyone who wants to detoxify, tighten, tone and firm up or lose a few inches quickly and to use in conjunction with their weight loss or health system and do so more often in the comfort of their own home without going to a spa and paying a much higher price.

At this point, I'm not able to consume their supplements or the greens because they have gluten and/or wheat in them so not taking a chance there but for someone who has no issues with gluten or wheat by all means they can be quite a valuable addition to the wraps.

There's never a quick fix but these wraps are definitely a safe product that can give immediate results when used properly on a regular basis.  There can be some detoxing so be aware, listen to your body, and be sure to drink plenty of water to flush out toxins.  It's always a good thing to stay hydrated.

Please understand, my philosophy has always been and is still all about living a healthy lifestyle, eating whole foods as much as possible, staying hydrated, active, and of course as always, everything in moderation to be happy, healthy and at peace with whatever it is we all choose to do in life!

PS....they also have facial wraps....
